Come join me for a group fitness class at Key Fitness in Granville called Pilates Fusion!
Pilates fusion is a hybrid workout that combines Pilates exercises with elements from other fitness disciplines, such as yoga and strength training. It aims to provide a comprehensive and challenging workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body alignment.
All levels of fitness welcome! Bring your own water and yoga mat or borrow one of ours! Class space is limited to 18 so please make sure you hit attending to reserve your spot.
Class is $15 for 1 class or 5 for $60 package (packages work for both Circuits and Pilates Fusion). This class will be on Wednesdays. Venmo @jacquelynfrasier code: 1058 or cash at time of class.
