Rutland County Health Partners Mobile Health Care
We’re happy to welcome the Mobile Clinic to Wells Village Library on June 2 from 2:00–4:00 PM. This is a wonderful free resource for our community, offering non-urgent healthcare services for uninsured and underinsured adults, including basic health screenings and more.
There will also be an informational meeting on May 13 at 2:30 PM for anyone who would like to learn more about the clinic and available services before the event.
We hope this helpful service makes it easier for community members to access the care they need and learn about this resource available to our community!

Rail Trail to Footbridge 5k
The Rail Trail to the Footbridge 5k race will be held on Granville’s beautiful rail trail from Andrew’s Lane in the town of Granville and will finish right on the foot bridge over the Mettowee.

Paddling Among Living Lands and Waters
Please join us out on the water! Experience Lake St. Catherine’s sister, Little Lake, from a new perspective during this educational community paddle. We’ll explore the lake’s numerous natural communities keeping our eyes out for diverse plant and animal species. Along the way, we’ll cover the greater context as well: from bedrock and post-glacial geology to human history and lake structure and dynamics. Led by plant ecologist and retired biology professor Jim Graves and VLT Project Director, Pamela Burlingame this event is open to all knowledge and skill levels and combines gentle recreation with an engaging introduction to the natural history of this beautiful, shared lake resource.
Please note: participants are encouraged to bring their own watercraft, but if you don’t have one, let us know during registration and we’ll do our best to source something for you.

Vinyasa Yoga Class
All skill levels are welcome at this Vinyasa Yoga Class with instructor Mary Bucciero. Vinyasa is a yoga style that focuses on breathing and moving in and out of poses smoothly. Classes will focus on foundational movement and progress into more advanced poses.

Young Explorers
For children age 6 & older or 1st grade+. Children need to be able to read and write. We learn about nature at the Pember Preserve. Sometimes we art, craft or play an educational game along with learning. REGISTRATION is REQUIRED by calling the MUSEUM at 518-642-1515 no later than the Wednesday before the class. You may also use FB messenger. Please do not call the library. This is a no cost program. If you sign up, please show up.
